Dr. Suzanne E. Generao is a board-certified urologist and one of Northern California’s leading specialists in male fertility and microsurgery. With over 20 years of experience in the field and a reputation for compassionate care, Dr. Generao is dedicated to helping individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood.​

Dr. Generao earned her bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University in 1989.  She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1999, followed by a rigorous residency in Urology at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, which she completed in 2005. She developed advanced skills in male infertility and microsurgical procedures through specialized training with Dr. John Gould at the Northern California Fertility Medical Center.​

Having served for nearly a decade as the male fertility specialist for Kaiser Permanente in the Greater Sacramento region, Dr. Generao has extensive experience in vasectomy reversals, sperm extractions, and comprehensive male fertility consultations. She joined the Northern California Fertility Medical Center in 2022, where she continues to offer leading-edge reproductive care.​

Dr. Generao is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American Urological Association. She remains committed to the highest standards in patient safety, ethical care, and surgical excellence.​

When not in the clinic, Dr. Generao is an active consultant and educator, staying at the forefront of advancements in reproductive medicine.
